Eeek!! We’ve finally hit Halloween week!! I’m always a big kid at Halloween and think I actually get more excited than the kids (shhh 😉 )

It’s not as big a deal her in the UK as in America, unfortunately, but that doesn’t stop me. I usually go all out with the decor and plan lots of activities for the munchkins but with the peapods into absolutely EVERYTHING at the moment it’ll have to be toned down, just a touch. 

  
So to kick it all off – let’s talk PUMPKINS!! – which, until today, I’ve never seen as useful for anything other than Halloween decs. How wrong was I? Turns out they are also highly nutritious and seriously versatile – the net is bursting with tasty pumpkin treasures from soups and salads to cakes and ice cream. So today we’re ditching the glue sticks, donning our chef hats & getting our Jack-O-licious cook on – Paleo Style!
